CARE International seeks to recruit highly motivated and qualified individuals to fill the following positions:
Background

Positions
1. COMMUNITY BASED TRAINERS (VOLUNTEERS): 10:
Duration: 2 months Start Date: May
2. Job Summary
The Community Based Trainer (CBT) will help in the implementation of economic empowerment activities under EYE Universal SRR Project amongst which include community mobilization and establishment of Village Savings and Loans Associations (VSLAs)/Youth Savings and Loan Association (YSLAs).

■Mobilize and Sensitize community on Youth Savings and Loan Association/Village Savings and Loan Association Methodology.
■Form Youth Savings and Loan Association/Village Savings and Loan Association groups
■Networking with community local leaders at Community and sub county level.
■Develop weekly, monthly plans and produce activity, weekly, monthly reports.
■Participate in beneficiary's selection and assessment.
■Participate in review meetings to share their experience, achievements, and challenges.
■Facilitate the development and management of the Group training schedules.
■Facilitate groups to elect their leaders to manage the VSLAs.
Completing other tasks assigned by supervisor on a day today basis.
