• The program is progressing on well where local governments and political leadership are supportive and committed
• Co-funding continues to be a discipline and commitment and not availability of funds as lower governments belief
• Technology provision and better performance is motivation factor in NAADS implementation.
• Tangible results are registered with committed /serious farmers
