Office Targets financial year 2011/2012
(a) Increase of revenue
Under minute 04/12/08/20 part II the district executive committee resolved to create a buffer zone of lease estates after survey.
We are happy to report that the estates have been created on topographical Map available and about 50 plots have been created ready for lease with dimensions of 50 x 100 ft, by this we hope to:
- Keep boundaries intact
- Receive/Generate revenue to District council by premium and rents out of the created estates
(b) Private developers of Government lands to be encouraged to go into private tree growing.
